The association between SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations and Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) has limitations that need to be addressed. Contrary to the review's conclusions, there are concerns regarding the classification of GBS subtypes, the association between SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations and GBS, and the causal relation between SARS-CoV-2 and GBS. Additionally, the efficacy of treatments for SARS-CoV-2 associated GBS and the role of GQ1b antibodies in Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS) are subjects of debate. GBS is not a random occurrence but an immune-reactive disorder with identifiable triggers. Therefore, further research and careful consideration of potential side effects of SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations, including GBS, are crucial.
