Univariate data analysis use calculation distribution frequency and bivariate data analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: Research results show part large (73.6%) effort prevention on workers industry in companies in the West Java region high and partial large (57.6%) in workers industry in companies in the West Java region high, no experience incident accident work .
