Typology of Public Service Innovation (Innovation Program of PTSP Mobile at the Investment Office and One Stop Integrated Service in South Sulawesi)

Abstract
This study aims to determine a new or improved service, process innovation, administrative innovation, system innovation, conceptual innovation, and radical change of rational in PTSP Mobile's public service innovation program related to licensing and non-licensing services at DPMPTSP South Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive analysis research with data collection techniques namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in terms of a new or improved service there were three things that were used as indicators, namely the basis of innovation, service requirements, and improved service itself. In the process of innovation, there are two things that become indicators, namely the specific rules of innovation and service guarantees. In administrative innovation, there are also two indicators, namely the provision of information and assistance in developing innovation. Related to the innovation system, there are two things that become indicators, namely the system of innovation and cooperation in developing the innovation. Meanwhile, conceptual innovation refers to two things, namely public service activities and employee performance. In addition, related to radical change of rational, there are two things that are the focus of the discussion, first, giving appreciation by the government (Governor) to the innovator (DPMPTSP South Sulawesi), and second, how the response or change is felt after the innovation.
