The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance with Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, and Quality of Work Life as Mediating Variables at Credit Unions in West Kalimantan

Credit Unions (Savings and Loans Cooperatives) are a phenomenon of the people's economic movement practised in West Kalimantan. For more than three decades, credit unions have been able to educate and raise public awareness to build their collective economy. Thus, the best practice of economic democratization can be said to exist there. This study aimed to determine the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational culture, employee engagement, and quality of work life as mediating variables at the credit unions in West Kalimantan. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. Data collection was administered using a questionnaire involving 376 respondents selected through the purposive sampling technique. In addition, researchers used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing the AMOS 24 software. The present study results revealed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational culture, employee engagement, and quality of work life. Furthermore, the organizational culture, employee engagement, and quality of work life had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Accordingly, the organizational culture, employee engagement, and quality of work life played a significant mediating role between transformational leadership and employee performance.

In Indonesia, the presence of a coffee shop as a place to sip coffee has been ingrained in the culture. Previously, people simply drank coffee in ordinary coffee shops. Currently, coffee drinking has become more luxurious. Fore Coffee is one of the coffee shops many people currently visit. Entrepreneurs are becoming more interested in opening a coffee shop as the number of coffee lovers rises from year to year; consequently, competition is intensifying in this industry. In facing business competition, efforts are needed to attract and retain customers. Fore Coffee presents a futuristic location concept and offers innovative services to consumers. This study aims to determine the magnitude of service quality and store atmosphere for customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at Fore Coffee Indonesia. The hypotheses were tested with a causal design approach. The test tool to see the relationship of independent, dependent, and mediation variables using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 statistical tool. The data collection method used a questionnaire, with the number of samples used in this study were 200 respondents.

The Influence of Food Quality and Service Quality towards Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention at Kimukatsu Restaurant in Indonesia

Restaurants are one of the culinary industries that are experiencing rapid growth. The competition among restaurants has generated a dynamic business model with a variety of menu and service component changes. The integration between food and service served in restaurants plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Food quality is the suitability of food from a restaurant to meet customer expectations. Meanwhile, the quality of service is provided through employees to customers. The study aims to analyze the effect of food quality and service quality on customer behavior intentions in Kimukatsu Restaurant. The study was carried out using the purposive sampling method with a total of 205 respondents. The research data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 program. The results showed that the quality of food and service positively affects customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Consumer satisfaction acts as a mediator between the quality of food and service and between the quality of food and customer behavior intentions.

The Influence of Training Effectiveness on Employee Performance is mediated by Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study at PT. Gemilang Sawit Kencana, Sebangki District, Landak Regency)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training effectiveness on employee performance in mediation by job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a survey research, which uses explanatory research, namely providing an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling techniques, the sample used was 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of the study show that each variable has a significant influence even though the effect is not too large. Partially, Training Effectiveness has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, Training Effectiveness has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Partially, Training Effectiveness has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Partially Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Employee Performance. partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Partially, Training Effectiveness has a significant influence on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Partially, Training Effectiveness has a significant influence on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Partially, Training Effectiveness has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism of West Kalimantan Province of Indonesia, (2) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of West Kalimantan Province of Indonesia, (3) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism of West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, (4) analyze the effect of organizational commitment indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction on employees of the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of West Kalimantan Province Indonesia. The conclusion of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and explanatory approaches. Sampling using total sampling technique with data collection using a questionnaire and the number of respondents as many as 86 people. The research data analysis method uses a structural equation model or structural equation modeling (SEM) with an alternative partial least square (PLS). The results showed that each variable has a significant influence, statistically Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Statistically, Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Statistically Job Satisfaction has a significant influence on Employee Performance.

The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Mediation of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) In Village Devices in Kuala Mandor B District, Kubu Raya District

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of Organizational Culture variables on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables in Village Officials in Kuala Mandor B District, Kubu Raya Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 62 employees, data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and path analysis tests using SPSS. Based on test results and analysis it is known that Organizational Culture directly has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the test results and analysis of the indirect influence, it is known that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

This article aims to analyze the influence of the servant leadership style in improving the quality of public services. This research is a survey research, which uses explanatory research, namely providing an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling techniques, the sample used was 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by path analysis using Structual Equal Modeling statistical tool used SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study prove that the servant leadership style tends to be indirectly related to improving the quality of public services. There are several influencing factors such as organizational commitment and employee performance that must be passed by a leader with servant leadership style in improving the quality of public services. Servant Leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Servant leadership has no effect on the quality of public services. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the quality of public services. Employee performance has no significant effect on the quality of public services. The results of Servant Leadership mediated by Employee Performance have no significant effect on the Quality of Public Services. Servant Leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Analysis Of the Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance State Vocational School 4 Pontianak City

The research conducted aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture partially or simultaneously on the performance of teachers and employees of SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak City. The population of this study were all teachers and staff at SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak City, totaling 53 people, while the sample taken was 30 teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak City. The results of the analysis through multiple linear regression show that the calculated F value > F Table value, namely 8.528 > 3.316 and it can be concluded that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be interpreted that Performance (Y) is influenced jointly by the variables Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2). Partially, the calculated t value of the Leadership Style variable (X1), is 2.192 and t Table is 2.052 so that t Table is smaller than the calculated t and it can be concluded that in this study Leadership Style (X1) is partially a factor that has a significant influence on Performance ( Y). Partially, the calculated t value of the Organizational Culture variable (X2) is 2.640 and t Table is 2.052 so that t Table is smaller than the calculated t and it can be concluded that in this study, Organizational Culture (X2) is partially a factor that has a significant influence on Performance ( Y).

The research is entitled "The influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at BKPSDM Pontianak City" and aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. To collect the necessary data and information, the author used primary data, especially through distributing questionnaires and interviews, as well as using secondary data, including internal data from the Pontianak City BKPSDM. The questionnaire used for the research variables is: Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) BKPSDM Pontianak City. Based on the survey results, the characteristics of the respondents were mostly male, the age of most workers was between 40 and 49 years, and the educational background of most of the respondents was in strata 1 (S1). Meanwhile, from the analysis results, the calculated F value was 96.868 and the F table value was 2.874. Therefore, it can be concluded that employee performance (Y) is determined jointly by motivation variables (X1) and work discipline (X2). Based on the t test, motivation (X1) is one of the factors that has a real influence on employee performance (Y). The work discipline variable is also one of the factors that has a real influence on employee performance (Y) at BKPSDM Pontianak City.
